The Constitution of India envisages "The Parliament of India" as the highest platform to make laws for good governance of our Country, but as it happened in last few months and aptly carried in an Article recently in India today magzine that "Parliament supposed to be nations crucible for highest form of debate;Highest standard of decorum ; Past few weeks our parliamentary processes have been eroded both in action and intent and where Least time is spent on debates; fewest bills passed ; and sees most disruptions."
