Relax

As a professional I have been noticing that there is a race amongst the peers to gallop. Being ambitious is a good sign, but being over ambitious and over speeding in life is distressing and it must be definitely avoided.

"prakritya kriyamani gune karmani sarvasah; ahankar vimud aatma kartahi matie manyate" This is what the Bhagwad Gita states: "All which happens in our lives happens on the accord of Gunas of the Nature; a person who thinks he is the doer of things is ignorant"

Professional Ehtics for a Lawyer

To follow professional ethics is a must for every lawyer. A lawyer leads by example and hence it is impertaive for him to follow sacrosanctly his A} Duty towards the Court; B} Duty towards his Client and C} Duty towards the opponent.
